\nBright Horizons is seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead a portfolio of nursery settings across Central/London. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving quality, performance, engagement, and sustainable growth in a highly regulated environment.
\nWhat you’ll do:
\n- \n
- Lead and develop multi-site nursery management teams \n
- Deliver people, performance, and growth strategies \n
- Drive Ofsted compliance, quality, and safety standards \n
- Partner with HR, Finance & Marketing on strategic initiatives \n
- Embed a strong, values-led culture across the region \n
What we’re looking for:
\n- \n
- Nursery and childcare experience in a similar role \n
- Senior multi-site leadership experience (15+ sites) \n
- Strong early years sector and Ofsted knowledge \n
- Commercially astute with a track record of growth & performance \n
- Confident leading change, developing leaders, and using data to drive decisions \n
- Coaching / Mentoring and Leading a team \n
- Financial savvy / budget management / growth experience \n
Essential Qualifications

- Early Years Education \n
- L3 Early Years Diploma or equivalent \n
- First Aid Certificate - Paediatric \n
