An award-winning national law firm is seeking a Private Client Salaried Partner in Manchester to join its expanding team.

As a Private Client Salaried Partner in Manchester, you’ll lead and develop a high-performing team while managing a complex, high-value caseload for HNW and UHNW clients.

This role offers a strategic leadership position with strong earning potential, high-quality work and real influence within a growing national practice.

The Role

• Managing a mixed caseload of high-value private client matters
\n
• Advising on wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
\n
• Leading and supervising a team of private client lawyers
\n
• Driving growth and development of the Manchester offering
\n
• Working with HNW and UHNW individuals and families
\n
• Supporting business development and client acquisition
\n
• Building and maintaining key client relationships
\n
• Contributing to wider firm strategy and leadership
\n

The Candidate

\n
• 6+ PQE Private Client Solicitor at Partner or senior level
\n
• Strong technical expertise across private wealth work
\n
• Experience handling complex, high-value matters
\n
• Proven leadership or management experience
\n
• Strong commercial acumen and business development focus
\n
• Portable client following highly desirable
\n
• Background within a reputable regional or national firm
\n
• Ambitious, driven and capable of influencing growth
\n
