We are currently partnering with a growing independent medical communications agency to support the hire of an Account Manager into their collaborative and high-performing Client Services team.

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of medical communications projects, acting as a trusted point of contact for both clients and internal teams. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of deliverables while developing strong project management and client servicing expertise within a supportive environment that actively encourages progression.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality delivery
  • \n
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, briefs and resourcing to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • \n
  • Acting as a central point of coordination across internal scientific and creative teams
  • \n
  • Driving projects forward with a solutions-focused and organised approach
  • \n
  • Managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • \n
  • Supporting the wider account team with smooth day-to-day client management and project execution
  • \n

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A degree qualification in a relevant life sciences discipline
  • \n
  • Previous experience working within a medical communications agency environment
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
