Managing Director – Specialist Public Sector Facing Service Provider

This appointment is suited to a commercially driven leader with a proven track record of delivering growth, leading high-performing teams, and building strategic relationships across the UK public sector.
\nWith an established customer base and ambitious growth plans, this role offers the opportunity to shape the future of a successful business operating within mission-critical environments. The successful candidate will take full ownership of commercial performance, operational delivery, and strategic expansion across a significant division.
\nRole Profile
\nThe Divisional MD will have full P&L responsibility for their business unit, leading a team across operations, account management, and service delivery, whilst overseeing a large network of specialist consultants.
\nKey responsibilities include:
\nDeveloping and delivering the division's commercial and growth strategy.
\nDriving revenue growth through existing client relationships and new market opportunities.
\nLeading the successful delivery of long-term, complex contracts.
\nEnsuring operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes.
\nDeveloping high-performing leadership teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
\nWorking closely with product and technology teams to align future service development with customer needs and market demand.
