\nJob Type: Part Time - 10 hours per week (Various Hours Available: Tuesday 16:00 - 19:30, Wednesday 15:00 - 19:00, Friday 13:30 - 15:00, Saturday 09:30 - 12:30)

Key Duties:
\n- \n
- To ensure an enjoyable and efficient delivery of the ‘Learn to Swim’ Programme (L2S), teaching to a wide range of ages and abilities and encourage them to maintain participation and progression through effective planning, organisation and coaching. \n
- Provide clear and positive instruction to help swimmers improve their technique and build confidence in the water \n
- To ensure that participants achieve all the outcomes at each individual stage, regularly assess each participants ability and development and trigger movements of all participants who are ready to progress up \n
- Assess students’ progress and provide regular feedback to both swimmers and parents \n
- Use a variety of teaching methods to keep lessons engaging and interactive, including games, drills, and exercises. \n
- To ensure an enjoyable and efficient delivery of a fun session to a wide range of ages and abilities \n
- Deliver 1-2-1 swim lessons with swimmers of all ages. \n
Role Requirements:
\n- \n
- Swim England / SEQ Level 2 Full Swim Instructor Qualification \n
- Knowledge of legal swim requirements, swimming strokes and teaching levels. \n
- Experience of Aquatic teaching in groups of mixed ages and abilities in a pool or leisure environment. \n
Desirable:
\n- \n
- National rescue award for swimming teachers and coaches (NRASTC) \n
