🔧🛠️ Soldering & Crimping Operative wanted in Stonehouse, Gloucester, paying £13.08 to £13.69 per hour, working Monday to Thursday 07:30am - 16:15pm and Friday 07:30am - 12:15pm. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity. Looking for your next manufacturing opportunity? We're recruiting experienced Soldering & Crimping Operatives to join a highly reputable electrical assembly business.
\n ⭐ Your Duties:
- \n
- Hand soldering components and assemblies to a high standard \n
- Machine and hand crimping of wires and electrical components \n
- Building wiring harnesses and cable assemblies \n
- Reading and interpreting customer drawings and specifications \n
- Following written work instructions accurately \n
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met \n
- Maintaining high levels of workmanship and attention to detail \n
- Working efficiently as part of a busy production team \n
- Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining a clean working environment \n
- \n
- Previous experience within wiring harness, cable assembly, electrical assembly or a similar industry \n
- Strong soldering and/or machine or hand crimping experience \n
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail \n
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow written instructions \n
- A quality focused approach with pride in your work \n
- Reliable, motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team \n
- Successful completion of a practical trade test at interview stage \n

- Temp to Perm opportunity after 12-13 weeks \n
- Competitive pay rate of £13.08 - £13.69 per hour depending on experience \n
