Job Description
Working with partners across London the Mayor has putgovernance arrangements in place to drivea shared vision for Londoners to access the skills and jobs they need to thrive.
\nThis vision is set out in the Inclusive Talent Strategy, a core action of the London Growth Plan. These governance arrangements will help toimplementand deliverLondon's skills and employment programmes, including adult education in London.
\nTheseincludeall the decision-making bodies that advise the Mayor on key activities and decisions. These bodies also monitor programme delivery and provide a forum to engage key stakeholders to ensure that strategic priorities are met and Londoners' needs are addressed.

Inclusive Talent Delivery Group\nCo-led by the GLA, London Councils and BusinessLDN, the delivery group brings together senior policy and industry leaders to shape the strategic direction of London’s workforce development approach. Members are responsible for the coordination and delivery of London’s overarching workforce development framework.
\nBringing together employers, educators, health experts and government partners – the membership of the delivery group is representative of key actors in London’s skills and employment system. Membership will be published once appointments are confirmed.

\nThe Mayor of London chairs this key decision-making forum so that he can actively consider all decisions related to the ASF.
\nThe Skills for Londoners Board advises on actions to support the Mayor's Skills for Londoners Strategy.
\nThis Partnership is responsible for advising the Mayor on how to improve and better align skills provision in London.
