Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prepare and check shipping documentation to comply with regulations.

  • Support customs-related procedures and ensure compliance.

  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent service to resolve issues promptly.

  • Update internal systems and maintain accurate records.

  • Assist with invoicing and shipment administration to ensure financial accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
