Business Development ExecutiveNorth West LondonFull-Time – Monday – FridaySalary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Excellent BenefitsThe Role As a Business Development Executive, you'll work closely with Business Development Managers to generate new business, develop relationships and support funding applications from initial enquiry through to completion.What You'll Be Doing\n

• Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing finance brokers.
\n
• Generate new business through proactive outbound activity and by managing inbound enquiries.
\n
• Guide brokers through the full application process, from initial enquiry through to funding.
\n
• Review and package funding applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
\n
• Manage your own pipeline using Salesforce, keeping records accurate and up to date.
\n
• Liaise with Credit, Operations and Fulfilment teams to ensure applications progress smoothly.
\n
• Keep brokers informed throughout the lending process, providing regular updates and resolving queries.
\n
• Support the onboarding of new broker relationships.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve the broker journey and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
\n
• Develop a thorough understanding of lending products, eligibility criteria and internal processes.
\n
