AP & AR Specialist

Mitchell Adam are partnering with a global manufacturing business to support the creation of the accounts payable and accounts receivable function based in Solihull. This role requires an experienced candidate with expertise in end-to-end accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations and cash management, ideally within a international environment.

This role will be collaborating with senior finance individuals within the wider business as well as non-financial stakeholders and shared service teams to strengthen controls, review processes and promote consistency.

Ideally, you will:

• Have a minimum of three years' experience within finance with a strong background in AP, AR, financial controls such as balance sheet and subledger reconciliation.
\n
• Experience within a multinational business, an EMEA Finance environment is preferred.
\n
• Demonstrate the ability to manage both the AP and AR activities independently.
\n
