The Role

\n

We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator / Administrator to become the primary point of contact for business customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from order placement through to delivery.

\n

This is a varied office-based role combining customer service, administration, order processing and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are achieved. The role is based on the job description provided by the client. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day customer service activities for business clients.
  • \n
  • Processing customer orders accurately and updating internal systems.
  • \n
  • Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to meet production schedules.
  • \n
  • Monitoring deliveries and resolving any logistical issues.
  • \n
  • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate customer and order records.
  • \n
  • Building strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • \n
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service or administration experience.
  • \n
  • Experience working in a B2B environment would be advantageous.
  • \n
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • \n
  • Experience with Sage Line 50 or similar order processing/ERP systems would be beneficial.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • \n
