Loan Closer - Loan Closing Specialist - Middle Office - Investment Banking

Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client within investment banking, for a Loan Closing Operations Specialist to join a fast-paced Credit Loans Middle Office team supporting the origination, syndication, and trading of loan products. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with Front Office, Legal, Compliance, Credit, and external clients in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and confirm loan trades with counterparties
\n
• Draft, review, and negotiate trade documentation and transfer certificates
\n
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals and facilitate successful trade settlement
\n
• Investigate and resolve settlement issues while maintaining accurate risk and position records
\n
