We're looking for a reliable and experienced Night Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our busy warehouse team. If you have a valid Counterbalance FLT licence, enjoy working in a fast-paced chilled environment, and take pride in working safely and efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

Working as part of our night shift operation, you'll play a key role in ensuring stock is received, stored and dispatched accurately while helping to keep our warehouse running smoothly.

Shift Pattern

\n
• Sunday: 10:00am - 3:30pm
\n
• Monday - Thursday: 5:00pm - 3:30am
\n

This is a permanent night shift position.

Key Responsibilities

As a Night Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will:

\n
• Safely operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
\n
• Load and unload vehicles in line with company procedures.
\n
• Move stock safely throughout the warehouse.
\n
• Replenish picking locations to maintain stock availability.
\n
• Book goods into our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
\n
• Complete daily forklift safety checks and report any defects.
\n
• Support stock takes and maintain accurate inventory.
\n
• Follow all health & safety, food safety and GMP procedures.
\n
• Assist with warehouse duties, including picking and packing, when required.
\n
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment using a clean-as-you-go approach.
\n

What We're Looking ForEssential

\n
• Valid RTITB or ITSSAR Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence.
\n
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse environment.
\n
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
\n
• Good communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
\n
• Physically fit and willing to undertake manual handling duties when required.
\n

Desirable

\n
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
\n
• Previous experience within a food manufacturing, food distribution or chilled warehouse environment.
\n
