The position can be tailored to suit either an experienced Manager or a strong Senior Associate looking to progress.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Deliver tax advisory assignments for OMBs and HNWIs from initial scoping through to final recommendations.
  • \n
  • Advise on areas including:

  • Share schemes and employee incentives
  • \n
  • Holding company structures
  • \n
  • Inheritance tax and succession planning
  • \n
  • Capital gains tax and business transactions
  • \n
  • Conduct technical research and apply UK tax legislation, HMRC guidance and case law.
  • \n
  • Prepare clear, well-structured reports and recommendations.
  • \n
  • Build and manage client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser.
  • \n
  • Identify planning opportunities and support wider business development initiatives.
  • \n
  • Manage engagements to budget and deadlines.
  • \n
\n

At Manager level, you will also:

\n
    \n
  • Take ownership of advisory projects from scoping to delivery.
  • \n
  • Review and develop junior team members.
  • \n
  • Assist with fee proposals and engagement planning.
  • \n
\n

About You:

\n
    \n
  • CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified, or part-qualified with strong progression towards qualification.
  • \n
  • Experience working with OMBs, HNWIs, or in a corporate tax environment.
  • \n
  • Strong technical knowledge in one or more areas such as restructurings, share schemes, IHT planning, CGT, property taxation, or residence and domicile matters.
  • \n
  • Excellent report-writing, analytical and communication skills.
  • \n
  • Able to manage a varied workload with minimal supervision.
  • \n
  • Previous experience reviewing junior staff and preparing fee proposals would be advantageous.
  • \n
\n
