This role would suit an Accounts Assistant looking for a full time role or an experienced Accountant looking for a part time role. You must have previously worked in Accountancy Practice.

Our client is a growing practice, supporting a varied portfolio of SME and owner-managed businesses. They are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Accountant to join their team.

The Role

• Prepare accounts and basic financial statements for a range of clients.
\n
• Assist with bookkeeping and VAT returns.
\n
• Support with personal and corporation tax compliance.
\n
• Liaise with clients and assist with day-to-day accounting queries.
\n
• Work closely with senior members of the team and gain exposure to a broad range of practice work.
\n

About You

\n
• Previous experience working within an accountancy practice.
\n
• Good knowledge of accounts preparation and bookkeeping.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
\n
• Confident communicating with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Looking for a part-time role with flexibility around working hours.
