SEO Executive

Role : SEO ExecutiveLocation: Birmingham (Hybrid) Salary: £27,000-£32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We're looking for an ambitious SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing agency in Birmingham. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients while developing your technical and strategic SEO skills.

The Role

As an SEO Executive, you'll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of SEO campaigns across a range of client accounts. Working closely with the wider digital marketing team, you'll help deliver measurable growth in organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day SEO activity across multiple client accounts.
\n
• Carry out keyword research, technical SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
\n
• Implement on-page SEO recommendations and content optimisation.
\n
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
\n
• Produce regular performance reports and communicate results to clients.
\n
• Work collaboratively with content, PPC, web development, and design teams.
\n
• Keep up to date with industry trends and search engine algorithm updates.
\n

About You

\n
• 2-4 years' experience in an SEO role.
\n
• Agency experience is highly desirable.
\n
• Account management or client-facing experience is preferred.
\n
• Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO best practices.
\n
• Experience using industry-standard SEO and analytics tools.
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
\n
