Role: Account Manager (Operations Analyst) – Hybrid
\nSalary: £33,000–£35,000 + Paid Overtime (Double Time) + bonus + benefits
\nLocation: Manchester (M1) - Hybrid Working

- 11:00am – 7:00pm \n
- One week in Five: 2:00pm – 10:00pm (worked remotely) \n

\nWe’re recruiting on behalf of a growing analytics and managed services business for an Account Manager to join their operations team. Although the internal title is Account Manager, the role is well suited to candidates from Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Coordinator or Customer Operations backgrounds.
\n\nThe Role
\n\nYou’ll become part of a collaborative operations team of around 20 people, supporting the day-to-day management of large-scale customer accounts. The position combines operational coordination, data analysis and client support, ensuring customer requests are handled efficiently while monitoring operational performance.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing data, identifying trends and taking ownership of operational processes.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n\n- \n
- Managing a busy shared inbox and responding promptly to customer enquiries \n
- Processing and coordinating customer orders \n
- Monitoring forecasts and operational workloads \n
- Producing reports using Excel \n
- Spotting trends, anomalies and opportunities within operational data \n
- Supporting the management of operations across a network of up to 30,000 ATMs \n
- Attending daily operational meetings and working closely with internal teams \n
- Prioritising multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment \n
- Delivering excellent customer service while ensuring operational targets are met \n
What We’re Looking For
\n\n- \n
- Previous experience in an operations, account management, business support or analytical role \n
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills \n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \n
- Confidence using Microsoft Outlook and Excel \n
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues before they become problems \n
- Strong attention to detail \n
- Comfortable working with data, reports and operational processes \n
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team \n
