Investment Analyst

Client is one of the prestigious specialist insurer with newly established investment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to portfolio analysis, manager research, investment reporting, and strategic decision-making within a collaborative team. Monitor portfolio performance, risk, and asset allocation, providing analysis and reporting.
\n
• Conduct research and due diligence on investment managers, funds, and asset classes.
\n
• Prepare investment proposals, committee papers, and strategic analysis.
\n
• Produce investment reports for senior management and governance committees.
\n
• Work closely with Finance, Risk, and Actuarial teams to support investment governance and regulatory requirements.
\n

Skills & Experience

\n
• Experience in investment analysis in asset management, insurance investments or other financial field. Lloyd's market experience is essential
\n
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
\n
• Experience working with investment managers or multi-asset portfolios is desirable. Proficiency in Excel and investment platforms
\n
• Knowledge of ESG and sustainable investment principles is an advantage.
\n
