Financial Adviser

A fantastic opportunity for either a Diploma or Chartered Adviser to join a growing, progressive Wealth Management firm, looking to further its presence in the Cookham/Maidenhaed area. You will have the opportunity to work with existing clients as well as being provided with new client opportunities via the firms lead generation software. It is a hybrid role covering Maidenhead and the surrounding areas. Client meetings will be carried out either remotely or face to face.

• Understand your clients current and future financial goals

• Deliver your agreed fee income target

• Develop new business from new and existing clients
\n
• Ensure clients are serviced in a professional and timely manner.

• Ensure advice is of the highest standard and in line with the Companies quality requirements
\n
• Conduct in-depth reviews of clients financial circumstances.
\n
• Represent the Company brand in a professional and courteous manner.
\n
• Meet all the regulatory aspects of the role.

Key Requirements

\n
• Minimum of Diploma in Financial Planning qualified
\n
• At least 3 years experience as a Financial Adviser
\n
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to network and generate own clients
\n
• Strong IT skills
\n
• Provable track record of delivering agreed targets.
\n
• Conducting research and preparing financial planning reports best suited to the individual clients' requirements covering all areas of advice.
\n
• Maintain CF30 status in accordance with the FCA regulations
\n

Key Benefits

• Basic salary of £35000 - £65,000 if Diploma and £55,000 - £75,000 if Chartered
