We are recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a global organisation undergoing an exciting period of workplace transformation and property portfolio optimisation.

This is a high-impact role responsible for managing a multi-site property portfolio, driving cost-saving initiatives, leading office relocations, and ensuring workplaces are aligned with current and future business needs.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of property strategy across a large international office portfolio, identifying opportunities to optimise space utilisation, reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and support major workplace change projects.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Property portfolio management and rationalisation
\n
• Delivering measurable cost savings and efficiency improvements
\n
• Leading office moves, relocations and consolidation projects
\n
• Managing landlord, supplier and contractor relationships
\n
• Contract negotiation and tender processes
\n
• Budget management, financial analysis and reporting
\n
• Developing business cases and strategic property recommendations
\n
• Supporting workplace transformation and change management initiatives
\n

About You

You'll bring:

• Significant experience in property, workplace, facilities or estates management
\n
• A strong track record of delivering commercial savings and operational improvements
\n
• Experience managing office relocations and workplace change programmes
\n
• Excellent supplier and contract management skills
\n
• Strong financial and budget management capability
\n
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills
\n
• Professional qualification such as IWFM, MRICS or equivalent (desirable)
\n
