BIM Manager

Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to take ownership of digital information delivery across various infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for clients and stakeholders
\n
• Lead BEP development and EIR/BEP reviews
\n
• Represent the team in workshops and design reviews
\n
• Manage CDE workflows and document control, particularly with Bentley ProjectWise
\n
• Oversee model coordination and federated model management using Autodesk tools such as Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and ACC
\n
• Ensure ISO 19650 compliance across project teams and supply chains
\n
• Contribute to internal BIM standards and provide guidance to junior staff
\n
• Lead projects independently from inception to handover
\n

Job Requirements:

\n
• Proficiency in BIM, particularly within the infrastructure sector (highways, rail, utilities, water)
\n
• Strong grasp of the UK BIM Framework
\n
• Experience managing client relationships and project deliverables with minimal supervision
\n
• Proficiency in Autodesk tools (Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, ACC)
\n
• Experience with Bentley ProjectWise and Bentley authoring tools
\n
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
\n
• Professional accreditation (ICE, RICS, CIAT, or BIM-specific certification) is desirable but not essential
\n
