Hospitality & Events Director | Sweet&Chilli | London

\n

Sweet&Chilli is looking for a Hospitality & Events Director to lead our delivery of best-in-class events - from hospitality and production through to on-trade consultancy.

\n

This is a senior leadership role for someone who's as comfortable running the floor at a high-profile event as they are in the boardroom with a client. You'll take ownership of our events team (working alongside the Senior Event Co-ordinator and Event Manager), build direct client relationships at a senior level, and bring commercial rigour to everything from quoting to margin.

\n

\n

What you'll be doing:

\n
    \n
  • Leading planning and execution of S&C events across Hospitality and Production, on time, on budget, to the highest standard
  • \n
  • Acting as senior point of contact for key clients, leading meetings with confidence and commercial awareness
  • \n
  • Owning quoting and margin enhancement across event hospitality projects
  • \n
  • Line managing and developing our Event Managers and Co-ordinators
  • \n
  • Writing and maintaining our Event Hospitality Playbook
  • \n
  • Spotting and cultivating new business opportunities within existing accounts and beyond
  • \n
\n

What you'll bring:

\n
    \n
  • High-level hospitality experience across events and the on-trade
  • \n
  • Event production leadership experience, fluent across AV, power, staging, rigging, RAMS
  • \n
  • A strong track record building senior client relationships
  • \n
  • Drinks brand experience highly desirable - trade advocacy knowledge a bonus
  • \n
  • Commercial confidence: strong numeracy, budget management, financial accountability
  • \n
  • Scoro experience a plus, not a must
  • \n
\n

The details:

\n
    \n
  • London-based (SE1), hybrid - 3 days in studio, flexible where required on Events
  • \n
  • Start date: From 1st September 2026
  • \n
  • Perks include private health insurance, enhanced pension, workplace nursery benefit, fitness class pass, cycle scheme, and team drinks at our own bar, Nine Lives
  • \n
\n

If you thrive on high standards, love the drinks and hospitality world, and want to shape how a leading experiential agency delivers events - we'd love to hear from you.
