\nWe’re partnering with a forward-thinking IT services company to recruit a Client Services Administrator to support their growing operations team. This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer support, service coordination, and IT administration — ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams and wearing multiple hats.
\n🔹 The Role
\nAs Client Services Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery by:

- Logging, triaging, and updating client support tickets \n
- Coordinating IT device logistics, onboarding, and build schedules \n
- Maintaining accurate records across CRM systems and internal documentation \n
- Liaising with suppliers and internal technical teams to fulfil client requests \n
- Monitoring SLAs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction \n
- Supporting compliance and audit processes, including ISO-aligned documentation \n
🔹 What We’re Looking For
\nYou’ll be a great fit if you have:

- Experience in a Client Services, Customer Support, Administrator, or Coordinator role \n
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail \n
- Confident written and verbal communication skills \n
- Experience using CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office \n
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude \n
(Experience in IT services, MSPs, or technology environments is beneficial but not essential.)
