• Supervise mechanical personnel and subcontractors carrying out installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities.

• Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved work packs, engineering drawings, method statements, permits to work, and risk assessments.

• Coordinate daily work activities to achieve project and maintenance objectives.
\n
• Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
\n
• Monitor work progress, productivity, and quality, taking corrective action where necessary.
\n
• Stop work immediately where unsafe conditions, procedural violations, or quality concerns are identified.
