Contract Architect for Commercial Retrofit Projects

Are you an ARB-registered Architect with strong technical delivery skills and a particular interest in developing projects through the detailed design stages? This role is a contract role, ideal for someone who enjoys working on complex commercial schemes, has excellent Revit capability, and is confident taking ownership of Stage 2 to 4 packages.

The Role

You will play a key contract role in the development and coordination of commercial architecture projects through RIBA Stages 2 to 4, helping translate design intent into robust technical solutions. The position sits within an experienced project team in Central London and offers the opportunity to contribute to significant UK developments from technical design through to construction information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate project information through RIBA Stages 2 to 4

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
\n
• Coordinate with consultants to resolve design and technical challenges
\n
• Contribute to project delivery, ensuring documentation is accurate and well organised
\n
• Support design teams in maintaining quality, consistency and technical excellence
\n

Requirements

\n
• You are ARB-registered or Overseas qualified with recent UK experience
\n
• You have demonstrated commercial sector experience, retrofit desirable
\n
• You are highly proficient in Revit
\n
• You have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available for this position
\n
