Senior Human Resources Advisor

Hunter Adams are partnering with our client to appoint an Interim HR Adviser or Senior Advisor (Inside IR35) to support while they hire for their team and to cvoer holidays.

This is a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced HR professional to play a key role in supporting the site management team while contributing to the wider Group HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a HR service to drive a best in class employee experience across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, induction, engagement, development, reward and recognition.

• Implement Group policies and procedures in line with best practice.
\n
• Act as an integral part of the Group HR team, contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of people initiatives.
\n
