The Role

An established and long-standing full-service law firm that is consistently ranked highly across the Legal 500 is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be working on landlord and tenant, property development and secured lending matters.

The team works with clients varying in sectors and geographies including: Large Corporates, Ecclesiastical, Charites, Local Council, Secured Lenders and Hospitality Clients.

This opportunity will suit local solicitors looking for a genuine step forward, lawyers relocating to Hertfordshire, and City lawyers seeking to reduce their commute whilst continuing to advise on complex, high-calibre commercial property matters.
