We’re partnering with a global organisation looking for a Legal Operations Manager to play a key role in delivering strategic initiatives and modernising legal processes.

The role:

\n
• Lead and deliver Legal Ops projects (CLM, e-billing, AI and process improvement)
\n
• Act as the central link across Legal, IT, Finance, and Commercial teams
\n
• Improve legal workflows, intake processes, and overall efficiency
\n
• Drive data-driven insights, reporting, and performance metrics
\n
• Support rollout and adoption of legal tech solutions
\n

Must haves:

\n
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Legal Operations
\n
• Proven CLM (or similar tool) implementation or optimisation experience
\n
• Strong adoption & Change Management experience
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
\n
• Data and reporting: experience across legal metrics/KPI tracking and presenting data or insights to leadership
\n
• Involvement in evaluating or implementing legal technology beyond CLM, e.g. e-billing tools, AI tools, or ticketing systems
\n
• Experience in managing several initiatives at once with limited resource
\n
