SAP Business Process Project Manager (Contract)

Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: Initial contract to end of year, with likely 12-month extensions\n

\nWe're seeking an experienced Business Process Project Manager to join a major business transformation programme. This role is focused on business process design and optimisation within a large-scale change environment, working across multiple workstreams to deliver successful business outcomes.\n
\n
\nKey Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Deliver end-to-end project management across transformation initiatives.
\n
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
\n
• Own RAID logs, driving risk mitigation and issue resolution.
\n
• Produce project status reporting and governance documentation.
\n
• Coordinate cross-functional business and technology teams.
\n
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and resource planning.
\n
• Support stakeholder engagement and programme governance.
\n
• Track benefits realisation and maintain high-quality project documentation.
\n
• Work with internal teams and strategic delivery partners to achieve programme objectives.
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Proven Project Management experience within large transformation programmes.
\n
• Strong background in business process design, optimisation or process management.
\n
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
\n
• Strong governance, planning, reporting and RAID management skills.
\n
• Experience of SAP programmes is advantageous.
\n
• Minimum 3 years' Project Management experience.
\n
• Technical infrastructure-only Project Managers are not suitable for this role.
\n

  • Tuesday–Thursday in the London office

  • Some flexibility depending on project requirements
