\nThe Opportunity: We are supporting an established environmental consultancy and estate management provider in the appointment of a Regional Estates Manager to oversee a portfolio of land and vacant property assets across the North West.
\nThis role sits within a specialist team responsible for ensuring land and property assets are safely managed, compliant and operationally maintained. The position combines estate management, contractor coordination and health & safety oversight across a geographically spread portfolio.
\nIt is a hands-on, operational role that requires regular site visits, stakeholder coordination, and the practical management of land and estate-related risks.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead the management of land and vacant property portfolios \n
- Coordinate complex estate management projects \n
- Oversee contractors, consultants and works programmes \n
- Ensure health & safety compliance across estate environments \n
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments \n
- Manage revenue and capital works projects \n
- Provide professional advice to support land and property clients \n
- Mentor and support estate managers and junior team members \n
- Represent the consultancy in project meetings and stakeholder discussions \n
Candidate Profile:
\nThis role would suit someone with experience in:

- Vacant property management \n
- Environmental or landscape management \n
- Health & safety within estates or property environments \n
You should be comfortable managing multiple sites, contractors and stakeholders while maintaining strong compliance standards.
\nEssential Experience:

- Experience managing property, land or estate portfolios \n
- Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation \n
- Experience managing contractors and site works \n
- Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders \n
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly \n
Desirable:
\n- \n
- NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification \n
- Professional membership (IOSH, RICS, Landscape Institute or similar) \n
- Experience managing large land portfolios \n
