Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Arranging and managing Export shipments from Start to Finish
\n - Liaising with clients and other branches, overseas agents, hauliers, etc.
\n - Providing excellent customer service to customers, dealing with any queries and providing timely updates
\n - Completion of Customs entries
\n - Monitoring shipments until delivery
\n - Job costing and invoicing
\n - Providing a first class customer service
