People Transformation Partner
Job Description
We are partnering with a major, market-leading organisation undergoing significant organisational development and operating model change. As part of this evolution, they are looking to add a People Transformation Partner - AI & Organisation Design on either a permanent basis or a 2-year fixed-term contract to support the business through the large-scale transformation programme.
\nThis is a full‑time role offering a salary of up to £85,000 and its core focus of this role is on organisation design, workforce planning and capability development.
\nYou’ll play a key part in ensuring teams are structured, skilled and supported as the business adopts new tools, processes and technologies, with a focus on becoming AI ready.
\nThis is about helping people and leaders understand, adapt to and embed AI‑driven improvements in a way that strengthens culture, capability and long‑term performance.
\nDuties will include (but are not limited to):
\n- \n
- Partnering with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy for the organisation’s AI transformation \n
- Shaping future operating models, team structures and reporting lines to support AI-enabled ways of working \n
- Redesigning roles and responsibilities in response to automation, technology and changing business needs \n
- Leading strategic workforce planning and identifying the skills and capabilities required for future-ready teams \n
- Working with Learning and Development teams to build leadership and employee capability for successful AI adoption \n
- Leading the people impact of change, including communicating, engaging and supporting colleagues through transition \n
- Coordinating HR, OD, talent and change specialists to ensure transformation programmes deliver sustainable outcomes \n
Experience required:
\n- \n
- Proven experience supporting organisational change and transformation \n
- Background in supporting technology‑enabled or digital transformation, ideally within complex or evolving environments \n
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience), demonstrating strong professional foundations in HR practice \n

Working hours:
