Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm for a Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding Litigation department on a permanent basis.

📍 Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)

💰 Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor with NQ to 5 years' PQE to join a successful and growing firm with a strong reputation across Lancashire. The firm offers hybrid working, a supportive environment and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities as a Litigation Solicitor:

• Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion.
\n
• Advising clients on a range of disputes, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, property litigation and general commercial litigation.
\n
• Drafting legal documents, witness statements and court applications.
\n
• Conducting negotiations and representing clients throughout the litigation process.
\n
• Instructing counsel and attending hearings where appropriate.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering an excellent standard of legal advice and client care.
\n
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the Litigation department through business development activities.
\n
