We’re looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain experience on live sites, working alongside experienced engineers and project managers. From day one, you’ll be involved in planning, monitoring, and delivering high-quality projects safely and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

\n
    \n
  • Carrying out pre-contract site surveys and assisting with project setup
  • \n
  • Shadowing site inductions and toolbox talks
  • \n
  • Understanding project scope, site programmes, and sequencing of works
  • \n
  • Assisting with cost recording, measurement records, and site documentation
  • \n
  • Supporting quality control, testing materials, and maintaining site records
  • \n
  • Helping with ordering plant and materials
  • \n
  • Completing site administration including site diaries, labour and plant returns
  • \n
  • Supporting health & safety, sustainability, and social value initiatives
  • \n
  • Learning the practical application of contracts and civil engineering standards
  • \n

What we’re looking for

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and numerical skills
  • \n
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and recording
  • \n
  • Confident working on site and communicating with teams at all levels
  • \n
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and safety-conscious
  • \n
  • Full driving license
  • \n
