MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Senior Process Development Technologist. This is a permanent role based in Somerset.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the NPD process from concept through to full-scale production.
\n
• Managing trial documentation and production planning.
\n
• Acting as NPD lead for customer trial attendance, building strong working relationships with customers.
\n
• Generating trial and launch reports, incorporating customer feedback into final specifications.
\n
• Coordinating product testing panels, including shelf-life testing, and documentation of results.
\n

What are we looking for?

\n
• A food-related qualification with at least 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing environment.
\n
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
\n
• HACCP L2/3 qualified (or working towards).
\n
• Confident communicator, with good Excel and IT skills.
\n
