Founding Talent | AI-Native Fintech Startup | London

We're hiring a Founding Talent hire for a fast-growing, AI-native Fintech startup backed by leading VC's ($15M+ raised). You'll be the first in-house recruiter, working directly with founders to scale from 40 to 60+ people in the next year.

You'll be:

• Owning full-cycle hiring across eng, sales, ops, and claims
\n
• Running high-converting outbound sourcing for a brand that candidates don't know yet
\n
• Building the ATS, scorecards, and interview infrastructure from scratch
\n
• Moving fast, no candidate waits more than 2–3 days for a decision
\n

You bring:

\n
• 4–6 years of full-cycle startup recruiting (Series A/B environment)
\n
• Experience scaling a company from ~50 to 150+ as sole/primary recruiter
\n
• A track record hiring technical talent and closing passive candidates
\n
• Comfort working 5 days in-office in London
\n

💰 £90k - £110k + competitive equity
