Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO
\nAn outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a highly regarded law firm.
\nThis is far more than a traditional EA role. You'll become a trusted business partner to the CEO, acting as an extension of their office and playing a key role in keeping priorities on track, driving efficiency and ensuring the smooth running of a busy and ever-changing schedule.
\nYou'll be someone who thrives on being one step ahead, enjoys building strong relationships and is confident operating at the most senior level within a fast-paced professional services environment.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Managing an exceptionally busy and ever-changing diary and inbox. \n
- Coordinating complex UK and international travel, meetings and events. \n
- Overseeing time recording, billing and financial administration. \n
- Managing client matter opening and ensuring accurate file management. \n
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients and external contacts. \n
- Anticipating the CEO's needs, identifying potential challenges and resolving issues before they arise. \n
- Building a strong understanding of business priorities and maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. \n
About You
\n- \n
- At least five years' experience supporting a CEO, C-suite executive or equivalent senior leader. \n
- Previous law firm experience is essential, with additional professional services or corporate experience highly advantageous. \n
- Exceptionally organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities with ease. \n
- A confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills. \n
- Proactive, commercially minded and naturally solutions-focused. \n
