- Manage planning applications from inception through to determination. \n
- Prepare planning appraisals, reports and planning strategies. \n
- Work directly with developers, landowners and a broad range of private sector clients. \n
- Develop your project management skills with support from experienced Associates and Directors. \n
- Gain exposure to major development projects and complex planning issues across London and the South East. \n

\n- \n
- High-quality projects with genuine variety. \n
- A supportive environment for planners making the transition from local authority into consultancy. \n
- A growing consultancy where progression is based on ability, not waiting for vacancies. \n

- Direct exposure to senior leadership and clients from day one. \n
- A dynamic, social team with regular events, including monthly Sip & Share sessions and a weekly run club. \n
- A clear route for progression, with a strong track record of promoting from within. \n
About You

- MRTPI status or currently working through your RTPI-APC. \n
- Development Management, Planning Policy and/or consultancy experience. \n
- Experience assessing planning applications, preparing reports or developing planning policy. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- An ambition to continue developing your career within a collaborative and growing team. \n
