About Your New Job
\nAs Project Manager, you will:
\n- \n
- Oversee the delivery of backlog maintenance and refurbishment works at NHS sites, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance at all stages. \n
- Manage project operations from planning through to completion, working closely with clinical teams, contractors, and Trust stakeholders. \n
- Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and report project status to senior management. \n
- Supervise on-site activities 3-4 days per week across Mile End or Luton locations, with flexibility for remote work. \n
What Skills You Need
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline preferred. \n
- 5+ years’ experience delivering maintenance/refurbishment projects in a healthcare or comparable environment. \n
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and health & safety standards. \n
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills. \n
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. \n
