About Your New Job

\n

As Project Manager, you will:

\n
    \n
  • Oversee the delivery of backlog maintenance and refurbishment works at NHS sites, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance at all stages.
  • \n
  • Manage project operations from planning through to completion, working closely with clinical teams, contractors, and Trust stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Coordinate resources, monitor progress, and report project status to senior management.
  • \n
  • Supervise on-site activities 3-4 days per week across Mile End or Luton locations, with flexibility for remote work.
  • \n

What Skills You Need

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related discipline preferred.
  • \n
  • 5+ years’ experience delivering maintenance/refurbishment projects in a healthcare or comparable environment.
  • \n
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and health & safety standards.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
  • \n
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
  • \n
