HR Business Partner (Fixed-Term Contract)

Location: Lewes (Hybrid)

Salary: £47,180 – £52,436

Contract: September 2026 – 31 March 2027 (with the potential to extend)

LHH is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a high-profile organisational change programme.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating a major TUPE transfer, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition while supporting employees and Trade Unions throughout the change process.

Key responsibilities:

\n
• Lead the day-to-day coordination of the TUPE process
\n
• Manage key HR workstreams throughout the project
\n
• Support organisational change and employee consultation
\n
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, employees and Trade Unions
\n
• Ensure a compliant and successful transition
\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\n
• Previous HR Business Partner experience
\n
• Strong change management experience
\n
• TUPE experience (preferred)
\n
• Experience consulting and working with Trade Unions
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
\n
