Supply Chain Manager (UK)
\nAs our Supply Chain Manager, you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end supply chain at our Wollaston site, ensuring the effective flow of materials, production, inventory and distribution to deliver an excellent customer experience.
\nWorking closely with colleagues across manufacturing, procurement, planning and logistics, you will lead the site's S&OE activities, support the deployment of S&OP processes and oversee customer service, transport, shipping and internal logistics.
\nThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive continuous improvement, optimise inventory and planning performance, and build a resilient, efficient supply chain that supports the site's operational objectives.
\nKey responsibilities:

- Lead the site's supply chain activities, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations while aligning planning, inventory and logistics to support business objectives. \n
- Lead the S&OE process and support the ongoing development of S&OP, working collaboratively across manufacturing, procurement, planning, logistics and customer-facing teams to balance demand, supply and production. \n
- Optimise inventory, working capital and material availability through effective planning, stock management and supply coordination, ensuring high service levels while minimising waste and excess inventory. \n
- Use data, KPIs and performance metrics to identify risks, improve planning processes, reduce costs and drive continuous improvement projects across the supply chain function. \n
- Lead, develop and support the Site Supply Chain team, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement and a proactive approach to solving supply chain challenges. \n
What we're looking for:

- Proven experience leading an end-to-end supply chain within a manufacturing environment, with responsibility for planning, inventory, logistics and customer service. \n
- Experience of S&OE and S&OP processes, or similar integrated planning approaches. \n
- Experience working within manufacturing environments where multiple raw materials or components are brought together to create finished products would be advantageous. \n
- Strong understanding of inventory optimisation, demand planning and supply planning principles. \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across manufacturing, procurement, planning and logistics. \n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and lead change. \n
