SOX Programme Manager (FTC)

London (Hybrid, 2 days per week) | Up to £100,000

Stanton House is partnering exclusively with a leading organisation to appoint a SOX Programme Manager on a 12-15 month fixed-term contract. This is a key role within a major controls transformation programme, focused on delivering SOX compliance and governance initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities:

\n
• Lead planning and delivery of SOX and ITGC workstreams.
\n
• Manage programme governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.
\n
• Partner with Internal Controls, Technology, and programme teams to ensure SOX requirements are delivered on time.
\n
• Drive rollout activities and support controls discovery and remediation efforts.
\n
• Produce clear, concise reporting for senior stakeholders.
\n

About you:

\n
• Proven experience delivering a SOX programme, SOX remediation, or SOX compliance project.
\n
• Strong Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager background.
\n
• Experience working with Internal Controls, Audit, Risk, or Compliance teams.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
\n
• ITGC experience would be advantageous.
\n
