About the Role

This role is ideally suited to a qualified accountant seeking to transition from audit or commercial finance into a strategic advisory environment, with direct exposure to transactions, value creation initiatives, and senior client engagement.

\n

Responsibilities

\n


\n


\n
    \n
  • Prepare high-quality business plans, financial models, information memoranda, and strategic financial forecasts
  • \n
  • Support the execution of live transactions across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to completion
  • \n
  • Conduct market research and identify prospective acquisition targets, investors, and buyers
  • \n
  • Assist with company valuations, exit planning strategies, and fundraising activities
  • \n
  • Deliver and support financial due diligence engagements
  • \n
  • Analyse financial and commercial performance to support strategic decision-making
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring a high standard of service delivery
  • \n
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, advisers, and transaction teams throughout deal execution
  • \n

Qualifications

\n


\n


\n
    \n
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • \n
  • Background within Audit, Transaction Services, or Commercial Finance
  • \n
\n

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical capability with excellent financial and commercial acumen
  • \n
  • Demonstrable interest in Corporate Finance, M&A, or Strategic Advisory
  • \n
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
  • \n
  • Full UK driving licence
  • \n

Pay range and compensation package
