\nWe are working with a well-established regional law firm seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its busy Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied litigation caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues within a supportive and collaborative environment.
\nTypical duties for the role will include:
\n- \n
- Managing your own litigation caseload. \n
- Handling property, employment, probate and inheritance disputes. \n
- Advising on contractual, boundary, neighbour and commercial litigation matters. \n
- Drafting pleadings and witness statements. \n
- Issuing court proceedings and attending hearings. \n
- Assisting on complex and high-value disputes. \n
The successful candidate will have:

- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive. \n
- Up to five years' post-qualification experience. \n
- Experience managing a litigation caseload. \n
- Strong communication, drafting and client care skills. \n
- A commercial and solutions-focused approach. \n
