We are working with a well-established regional law firm seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its busy Dispute Resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied litigation caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Typical duties for the role will include:

• Managing your own litigation caseload.
\n
• Handling property, employment, probate and inheritance disputes.
\n
• Advising on contractual, boundary, neighbour and commercial litigation matters.
\n
• Drafting pleadings and witness statements.
\n
• Issuing court proceedings and attending hearings.
\n
• Assisting on complex and high-value disputes.
\n

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
\n
• Up to five years' post-qualification experience.
\n
• Experience managing a litigation caseload.
\n
• Strong communication, drafting and client care skills.
\n
• A commercial and solutions-focused approach.
\n
