Recruitment Consultant – General
\nJob Description:
\nMPA recruitment welcome suitable applications for the role of Recruitment Consultant, based in our Armagh Branch.
\nThe successful candidate will work within a high performing recruitment team delivering the highest standards in customer care to both our clients and candidates.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- 360-degree recruitment of agency workers including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing \n
- Lead generation through various channels including social media management, networking events, and direct outreach \n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience \n
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment process \n
- Manage potential business opportunities including leads and referrals and to promote the full recruitment services offered by the company. \n
- Generate new business through telephone and face to face sales activity. \n
- Day to day performance management of agency staff, proactively seeking feedback on performance, coaching, and supporting staff in their various placements. \n
- Work towards team targets set. \n
- Participate in marketing events including attendance at various recruitment fairs. \n
Key Skills and Experience:
\n- \n
- At least 1 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment \n
- Passion to succeed and be part of a high performing team \n
- Comfortable contributing within a fast-paced target driven environment \n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly \n
- Strong administration skills \n
- Strong team working skills with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career \n
