Product Manager – B2B SaaS

\n

Location: Bristol – regular commuting required

\n

Employment: Full-time

\n

Availability: Immediate or short-notice candidates preferred

Following a recent launch and rapid customer demand, our client is looking for a hands-on Product Manager to take ownership of product priorities, strengthen delivery processes and ensure engineering capacity is focused on the highest-impact work.

What you’ll own

\n
    \n
  • Manage the product roadmap from discovery through to delivery
  • \n
  • Own the backlog, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and sprint readiness
  • \n
  • Run effective Scrum ceremonies and maintain a clear definition of done
  • \n
  • Track delivery velocity, identify blockers and improve team predictability
  • \n
  • Speak directly with customers during onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle
  • \n
  • Translate churn insights, feature requests and user feedback into evidence-based priorities
  • \n
  • Act as the bridge between engineering, customers and the wider business
  • \n
  • Produce clear requirements with enough technical context for engineering teams to execute confidently
  • \n
  • Make prioritisation decisions and ensure agreed priorities remain focused
  • \n

What we’re looking for

\n
    \n
  • At least three years of B2B SaaS product management experience
  • \n
  • Evidence of shipping features that achieved meaningful customer adoption
  • \n
  • Strong practical knowledge of Scrum and agile product delivery
  • \n
  • Confidence working independently as the primary product specialist
  • \n
  • Ability to balance customer demand, commercial priorities and technical constraints
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Comfortable working closely with software engineers on technically complex products
  • \n
  • Able to commute regularly to Bristol
  • \n
  • Immediately available or able to start at short notice
  • \n

Particularly valuable experience

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience as a software developer or engineer
  • \n
  • Ability to understand architecture documentation and API contracts
  • \n
  • Experience with AI products, autonomous agents or conversational technology
  • \n
  • Knowledge of voice, communications or omnichannel platforms
  • \n
  • Exposure to real-time billing, multi-tenant systems or compliance-heavy software
  • \n
