Real Estate Finance Solicitor - London - 1+ PQE £70,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior real estate finance solicitor to join a highly regarded private individuals practice in London, the firm are known for their exceptional client service and expertise.

The firms combined practice covers a broad spectrum of personal services transactional work including HNW & UHNW residential property and secured lending transactions, as well as private client, family and litigation matters.

The team advise on all aspects of residential property including sales & purchase of freehold and leasehold property, remortgages, new builds and shared ownership schemes. They also work on high value finance matters predominantly within secured lending and bridging finance.

The firm are a well established practice who are committed to delivering top tier legal services, along with a team of highly driven professionals specialising in all aspects of Personal services.

The Candidate

• Ambitious solicitor from a reputable practice with experience across Residential / REF matters

• Ability to undertake a varied and busy caseload, independently
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
\n
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
\n
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
\n
