Employment Solicitor (2–6 PQE) | London

We are currently working with a leading international law firm looking to grow its Employment team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative practice that advises a broad range of multinational businesses, financial institutions, and senior executives on complex employment matters across the UK and internationally.

The work is varied, high quality, and often business-critical, giving you the opportunity to work closely with clients and partners from day one.

You'll advise on:

• Contentious and non-contentious employment matters
\n
• Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
\n
• Cross-border employment advisory work
\n
• Senior executive and partnership issues
\n
• Whistleblowing, discrimination, and workplace investigations
\n
• Outsourcing, restructurings, and workforce transformation projects
\n
• Employment aspects of corporate transactions
\n
• Restrictive covenant and team move disputes
\n
• Executive exits, internal investigations, and strategic HR issues
\n

We're looking for:

\n
• 2–6 years' PQE gained at a leading UK or international law firm
\n
• Strong UK employment law experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters
\n
• Excellent technical skills and commercial judgement
\n
• A proactive approach and a genuine interest in building client relationships
\n
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a high-performing team and wants to continue developing their career
\n
