An innovative telecommunications company is seeking an Audio Engineer to support the development of high-performance voice and audio systems used in mission-critical environments.

The successful candidate will design and optimise real-time audio processing solutions, focusing on speech clarity, low latency, and performance across complex communication systems. They will work closely with embedded, RF, and systems teams to integrate and enhance audio pipelines across a range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise audio processing algorithms (e.g. noise reduction, echo cancellation)

• Improve audio quality in real-time communication systems
\n
• Collaborate on system integration across hardware and software
\n
• Debug and analyse audio performance in live environments
\n

Requirements:

• Experience in audio engineering, DSP, or signal processing

• Strong C/C++ skills for real-time or embedded systems

• Knowledge of telecoms technologies

• Strong problem-solving and debugging ability
