\nA highly respected and growing regional law firm is seeking two Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitors to join its thriving litigation team in Devon.

\nThe Opportunity
\nYou'll join an established and expanding Commercial Dispute Resolution team acting for a diverse client base, including:
\n• SMEs and owner-managed businesses
\n• Larger corporate organisations
\n• In-house legal teams
\n• Insurers
\n• Private individuals
\nThe team handles a broad range of contentious matters, providing plenty of variety and exposure to high-quality work.
\nAreas of work include:
\n• Commercial litigation
\n• Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
\n• Asset and debt recovery
\n• Property disputes
\n• Shareholder and partnership disputes
\n• Director disputes
\n• Breach of contract claims
\n• Contentious probate and trust disputes
\nThe Role
\nYou will manage your own caseload while collaborating closely with experienced colleagues on larger and more complex matters.
\nResponsibilities will include:
\n• Advising clients on dispute resolution strategy and risk management
\n• Managing commercial litigation matters from inception to conclusion
\n• Drafting correspondence, pleadings and court documents
\n• Conducting settlement negotiations and mediations
\n• Representing clients throughout court proceedings
\n• Developing strong client relationships
\n• Supporting business development and networking activities
\n• Contributing to the continued growth of the department
\nThis role would suit a commercially minded solicitor who enjoys problem-solving and delivering practical, solutions-focused advice.
\nAbout You
\nApplications are welcomed from Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with approximately 2-5 years' PQE, although candidates outside this range with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
\nYou will ideally possess:
\n• Strong commercial litigation experience
\n• Excellent technical and analytical skills
\n• Experience managing a varied caseload independently
\n• Strong drafting and advocacy skills
\n• Commercial awareness and client-focused thinking
